Our Wheat Flour T55 is a professional-grade wheat flour, milled for reliable performance in bread and bakery applications. With a wet gluten content of at least 27.2% and controlled alpha-amylase activity (280–380 sec), it provides the strength and elasticity needed for high-quality dough.

The flour is made from 100% wheat, enriched with enzyme complexes and ascorbic acid (E300) as a flour treatment agent. Analytical testing confirms moisture ≤15%, absence of pathogens, and compliance with EU limits for heavy metals and mycotoxins.
